How To: Link Tenant with Cardholder (Cardholder Profile)

  1. In the top taskbar in Entrapass Web, click on the Cardholder tab
  2. Search for the Cardholder profile you would like to link to a tenant
  3. Click on the Tenant option from the left side of the screen
  4. Click on the “Link a tenant” button
  5. Search for the Tenant you want to link to the Cardholder profile
  6. Click on their name in Tenant List
  7. Click the “Link” button in the bottom right of the window
  8. Click on Save in the top right corner
