How To: Disable Cardholder

In the top taskbar in EntrapassWeb, select the cardholder tab
Search for the Cardholder you want to disable
On their cardholder profile, in the top left corner, click on the “Disable” Button.

Note: This will disable ALL fobs associated with this Cardholder Profile

Click Save
