How To: Add A Cardholder’s Account & Assign Credential

  1. On top toolbar in Entrapass Web, Click on the “Cardholder” tab

  2. Above search bar, “Add” button in top left corner for new cardholder

  1. Enter the Account Holder’s Name

    1. This can be organized in the system by “Address - Resident Name” or “Resident Last Name, First Name”

      1. Make it organized the best way that fits your organization. The key is to make it uniform.

  2. Add credential (ie access card, vehicle transponder, and/or access fob) In “Card Number” section type in the facility code (FC) and card number ID 

    1. Separate the FC and ID # with a “ :

    2. Example: 1F:12345

  3. Assign the card type that best describes the account holder’s role 

    1. Example: Resident, Vendor, Property Manager, etc

  4. Assign this account an Access Level (this says what doors they will have access and when)

  1. Along the left side, select Additional Information 

    1. This is where you can enter additional household members, vehicle information, phone numbers, etc 

      1. Note: These “Card Information” box labels can be edited to fit your needs

  1. When all the credentials and information has been added, click on the “Save” button on the top right corner of the window.
