How To: Download & Access EntraPass Web

Here are the steps to download EntraPass Web (EPW):

1. Open your preferred web browser (any)

2. Type in the URL: https://epw.protekms.com/

3. Click on Download button in middle of the screen

4. The download should start automatically on the next screen

5. Run Download file

6. Download Wizard will open

7. Read and click on “I accept the terms” and click next

8. Continue to click “Next” until download begins 

9. Your computer may ask for permission to download

NOTE: If you do not have privileges, you will need assistance from your                                                                   IT team 

10.  Once complete click Finish, and program will open automatically 

Here are the steps to Access EntraPass Web (EPW):

1. On the screen, you may see 2 Entrapass web options (It’s OK if you only see one)

2. Click the blue Connect button on the Entrapass web option on the right.

3. Select the Pencil icon on the top right and enter the following information

4. Enter the following information: 

1. System name: Entrapass web

2. URL: https://epw.protekms.com/

5. Click the Save button

6. Enter your user login credentials and click Login
