How To: Create an Access Level

  1. In the main toolbar in Entrapass Web, click on the “Access Level” Tab

  2. In the top left corner of the Access Level window, choose the site you are creating an Access Level for

  3. Next, select the “Add” button to begin creating a new Access Level (or “Edit” if you wish to edit a current Access Level)



  1. In the new “Add Access Level” window, enter the Access Level name under “Primary Language.”

    1. We suggest a meaningful name such as “Board Member 24/7,” or “Resident 8 am - 5 pm,” or “Pool Vendor Mon. 6 am - 6 pm.”

  2. Next, click on the door you want to assign a schedule to

  3. Click the “Assign” button near the top right of the window

  4. The “Assign a Schedule” window will pop up


  1. Select the Schedule you want to assign to the door by clicking on it on the left side of the screen.

    1. If the Schedule you wish to use is not available, you will need to set up the Schedule by following the “How To: Create a Schedule in Entrapass Web” guide.

  2. Then, click on the “Select” button.



  1. Repeat for each door you wish to assign a schedule to under this Access Level.

    1. Hint: It is ok to leave some doors blank if this Access Level will not have access to every door at the site

  2. Click on the “Save” button in the top right of the window

  3. Your Access Level is now ready to be assigned to a Cardholder
